Certified, Authorized & Trained Service Technicians
Just because a company is authorized by a manufacturer doesn’t mean their service technicians are certified and trained. Companies will pay for the right to advertise themselves as an “Authorized Service Provider” and may never go the extra mile to make sure their service technicians are certified by the manufacturer to service and repair your laser printers.
Each one of our service technicians undergoes extensive training, certification and testing to ensure that when an IOT service technician shows up to work on your printers they are fully prepared to do so
Each technician keeps their vehicle stocked to the brim with parts and components of the most common laser printers. What does this mean for you? Well, if the tech has the part they can fix your printer onsite the first time out. Return trips, backordered parts and continuing issues become a rarity rather than a regular occurrence.
