Will using MetroToner brand cartridges void my printer warranty?

Absolutely not! MetroToner brand toner cartridges are made to comply with manufacturers specifications. Further, using compatible cartridges cannot void a manufacturers warranty (call it an urban legend).

However, if a MetroToner brand toner cartridge causes damage to your printer, copier, fax or MFP - IOT will assume the warranty liability and repair or replace your device 100% free of charge. But don't worry, this has NEVER happened.

Will MetroToner brand toner cartridges work with my printers?

MetroToner brand toner cartridges will work in your laser printers, copiers and fax machines just as OEM (original equipment cartridges) toners do.

I’ve used recycled toner before, and was not happy – is MetroToner’s quality up to OEM standards?

MetroToner brand toner cartridges are remanufactured to meet or exceed OEM standards. In our testing and approval process we require identical print quality and yield as compared to OEM.

Will I get the same number of pages with MetroToner as I do with an OEM toner cartridge?
